Step 2:

Wait for a reply via email on the item availability + delivery charges + bank details.

Step 3:

Make payment via online bank transfer to our Maybank account.

Step 4:

Please send us a notification after payment has been made by popping us an email.

We shall then send you another notification on confirmation of payment received. Once the order has been released from our side via Poslaju, we shall provide you the tracking number.

- All sales are final. Prices are non-negotiable. Serious buyers only, no backouts, no changes, no refunds.

- Items are sold at a first come first serve basis. Reserving an item is NOT encouraged. Reservation is not effective when there is another interested buyer whom can confirm payment faster. So if you see the status of an item has been put into 'RESERVED', please do not fret. Reserving an item is only allowed due to special reasons only, i.e, on queue for another item etc. Item shall only be put under 'Reserved' if the buyer request on it.

- Payments are to be made to our Maybank account as soon as we have confirmed the availability of the item via Email. We apologize for the inconvenience of not being able to allow reservations. We feel that with the convenience of online bankings/transfers nowadays, payments can be done SPEEDILY.

- Goods will be mailed after payment received is confirmed on the same day or at most, within 5 working days (with the exception of Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).

- All prices are NOT inclusive of shipping fees.

- Buyers are to bear all shipping costs:
Peninsular Malaysia
RM 7.00 = 1-2 pieces
RM 2.00 = for every additional 1 piece
East Malaysia (Sabah&Sarawak)
RM 9.00 = 1-2 pieces
RM 2.00 = for every additional 1 piece

Please note that for heavier items such as bags, additional shipping fee will be charge if the weight exceeds the first round limit. We will quote you individually based on your ordered item.

- All items shall be packed nicely before shipping. We shall not be held responsible for any loss or damages incurred during shipping.

- We respect the privacy of our customers and would never sell your personal information to anyone.
